What is chaddock’s signs?

Chaddock’s signs is reflexes usually obtained in pyramidal tract lesions. Chaddock’s toe sign: extension of the toe on stroking the lateral malleolus and the lateral dorsum of the foot. Chaddock’s wrist sign: flexion of the wrist with fanning of the fingers upon stroking the wrist on the side of the little finger.
